These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Lakku, a mobile application designed to help small and medium businesses generate product images and share them on social media platforms. By accessing or using Lakku, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the app.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Lakku, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms applicable to certain features of the app.

2. Use of Lakku

Lakku is intended for use by small and medium-sized businesses. You may use Lakku to create, edit, and share product images via supported social media platforms. You agree not to use Lakku for any unlawful purposes or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

To access certain features of Lakku, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

By registering an account or providing your contact information (such as your email address), you consent to receive communications from Lakku, including updates, promotional materials, feedback requests, and information about new features or offers.

4. Content Ownership and Rights

User-Generated Content: Any images or content created using Lakku remain your property. By using Lakku, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, and display your content for the purpose of operating and improving the app.
App Content: All other content, including but not limited to software, design, and text provided by Lakku, is owned by Lakku and is protected by intellectual property laws.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Use Lakku for any fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful activities.
Share content that infringes on the rights of others, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the operation of Lakku, including the use of viruses or malicious software.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content or abusive behavior. Objectionable content includes, but is not limited to, material that is offensive, harmful, discriminatory, violent, or otherwise inappropriate. Abusive users include those engaging in harassment, threats, spam, or any form of misconduct toward other users or the platform. By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that violations will result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without notice.

6. Payment and Subscription

Lakku may offer free and paid subscription plans. Subscription fees and payment terms will be provided at the time of subscription. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Lakku at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms.
